Due to recent email phishing attacks, Technology is implementing an extra layer of security for your Office 365 programs, including email, that will require you to use your cell phone to verify your account on every device that you use to access these resources. This will prevent someone from logging into your account even if they have stolen your login credentials. You should start to see the change over the next day or two as we roll this out to everyone. 

For this operation to work successfully on a mobile device, YOU WILL NEED TO INSTALL THE OUTLOOK APP from your app store.
